Cantant is an all-in-one business management platform that helps growing businesses handle accounting, inventory, invoicing, and customer relationships in one place.
Running a small business means juggling too many tools, spreadsheets for finances, another app for inventory, another for invoices, and another for expense budgeting. Owners are stuck piecing together their own numbers with no real clarity on where the business stands.
Cantant connects it all. One app, every number, total clarity. For business owners who want to grow with confidence.
We audited how businesses managed operations across spreadsheets, invoicing apps, and inventory trackers to find the real pain points before designing anything.
Surveys and interviews pointed to four priorities: Inventory, Invoicing, Sales & Expense Recording, and Reports. We shipped those first, giving owners a clear picture of their business from day one.
As the product expanded, I built a design system, componentizing common patterns so new features shipped fast without breaking consistency.
We shipped every two weeks, so trade-offs were constant. Early on, we deprioritized invoice template customization to get payment details right, since reliability mattered more than how an invoice looked.
